Meet Nicky – Our new Account Director!

We’re thrilled to welcome Nicky to the ThinkOTB team as our new Account Director!

Bringing with her over 20 years of experience across campaign advertising, brand design and marketing, Nicky is a seasoned professional who knows how to make ideas happen. Throughout her career, she’s collaborated with a wide range of clients and industries, leading teams to deliver creative, results-driven campaigns that truly connect with audiences.

Nicky is known for her strategic mindset and her knack for problem-solving. She thrives on a challenge, always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Her approach combines creativity with commercial awareness, ensuring every campaign not only looks great but delivers measurable impact.

At the heart of Nicky’s work is a belief in honest communication and strong relationships. She’s passionate about creating meaningful partnerships built on trust, collaboration and transparency and she takes great pride in the positive influence she’s had on both her teams and clients throughout her career. It’s clear that she’ll bring the same energy, empathy and drive to ThinkOTB.

Joining an award-winning team of creative thinkers, doers and innovators, Nicky is excited to get stuck in, to help brands tackle complex challenges, inspire audiences and achieve lasting success.

And here’s a fun fact: Nicky once helped to organise and deliver production for a TV advert for an open-air tourist attraction that involved a full cast, livestock and even a shire horse!
