Unwrapping a Premium Seasonal Campaign for The 1:1 Diet

Our Challenge

The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan needed a unifying Christmas campaign that would move beyond the fragmented, tactical approach used previously. The objective was to create a premium seasonal activation that could drive engagement and programme sign-ups ahead of the festive period. Along with reinforcing the brand’s key differentiator — expert one-to-one consultant support.

The campaign also needed to align with the brand’s refreshed visual identity and provide Consultants with flexible, on-brand assets they could easily personalise and share across their local channels. Importantly, it had to feel subtly seasonal while remaining relevant beyond Christmas and into the New Year.

Our Creative Thinking

We developed the creative platform “Unwrap a New You.”

The idea draws on one of the most recognisable festive rituals of unwrapping gifts, and turns it inward. Instead of focusing on presents or indulgence, the campaign focuses on revealing the healthier, more confident version of yourself.

This allowed us to shift the narrative around weight loss during the festive season. Rather than positioning the programme as restriction or denial, the campaign framed it as a moment of discovery and empowerment.

Visually, the campaign reflected the brand’s refreshed identity. Deep brand blues, gold ribbon streamers and subtle festive elements created a premium seasonal aesthetic that felt celebratory but sophisticated.

The flexible creative system enabled the idea to work seamlessly across a range of assets, such as social carousels, before-and-after transformations and consultant marketing materials while ensuring the campaign could be delivered consistently across hundreds of consultant-led channels.

The result was a cohesive campaign platform that reinforced The 1:1 Diet’s strengths: expert guidance, scientifically proven nutrition and real transformation stories.
