Resetting the Serenova Brand Story for Coaches

Our Challenge

Serenova needed a coach marketing toolkit that would reset how the brand is understood and communicated. The goal was to move beyond ingredient-heavy supplement messaging and instead present Serenova as a simple, premium daily ritual designed for women in midlife.

The toolkit needed to equip coaches with clear, confident and immediately usable content that translated complex nutritional science into meaningful everyday benefits. It also had to align with the updated brand messaging house and new website design, while providing flexible assets that coaches could use to spark conversations, build trust and drive sales.

Central to the brief was establishing a clear narrative around Serenova’s hero products — Balance & Boost for daytime energy and wellbeing, and Rest & Renew for evening relaxation and sleep support — supported by the wider product range.

Our Creative Thinking

We developed a brand-led toolkit built around Serenova’s core campaign line: “Better Days. Better Nights.”

This simple idea positioned Serenova as a two-part daily ritual which supports energy, balance and focus during the day, and rest and recovery at night. By structuring the brand story around these two moments, the messaging became easier for coaches to explain and for customers to understand.

From this foundation, we created a flexible suite of marketing assets including brand carousels, product storytelling content, problem-to-solution frameworks and editable Canva templates for coach promotions. Each asset translated the science behind the products into clear “so what” benefits, helping coaches communicate Serenova’s value in a simple, credible and engaging way.

The result was a cohesive toolkit that brought the Serenova brand to life through clear rituals, consistent messaging and premium visual storytelling, enabling coaches to share the brand confidently across their own channels.
