Cresta specialises in city breaks and bespoke holidays, catering to travellers seeking unique, curated experiences rather than generic package deals. Our challenge was to develop a direct mail campaign that positioned Cresta as a leader in bespoke travel, highlighted the blend of exclusivity and value, and engaged and converted discerning travellers.

Our creative thinking
We crafted an immersive direct mail campaign, emphasising storytelling and rich imagery. The design felt like the start of a journey, with tactile, luxurious elements and a blend of iconic and hidden destinations. The campaign featured editorial-style content showcasing classic cities alongside lesser-known gems, insider tips on dining and accommodation, and high-quality imagery to create a visually rich experience. The narrative was aspirational yet practical, striking a balance between inspiration and actionable offers. Personalised, time-sensitive calls to action invited recipients to explore new travel experiences tailored to their interests.
